We have a brand new paved and solid fenced parking lot with painted lines for you to park your trailer, boat, RV, or whatever else you need out of your driveway. There will be a gate with a keycode for access. Camera security and sensors on the gate to let us know everytime it opens. Trailer Drop Off and Pick up. 1. You can drop off your trailer anytime behind the gate in the open space and we will park it with our forklift. 2. You need to call us during business hours if you want your trailer after hours because we have to pull it out with the forklift and put it in the open space for you to hook on. You can't get your truck in to pull your trailer out of the spot its parked in and you will be fined and banned from the property if you try to pull a trailer out of your spot after hours. 1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
