Quality Assurance Final Product Inspector
Job Description
Full Time. Work schedule 7:00 am to 3:30 M-F depending on company need.
Hourly pay rate $13.00 $18.00 depending on experience. Bonus program available if company goals are met.Job Summary
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of working level and technical duties as needed to assure the ongoing compliance with the quality standards and specifications in an assigned work unit, including but not limited to the production floor, shipping receiving and outbound inspection.
Job Duties
Responsible for completing released for shipping section of the Finished Product Inspection form (QA Form-18).
Ensure that Released and Shipping section of finished product inspection is completed
Check finished product forms with product to ensure they are a match
Verify that product counts match pallet of finished goods
Validate that labels match their corresponding paperwork and is formatted according to client specifications
Open, inspect and sample master shippers to ensure product has the correct labeling
Obtain and verify the presence of a valid C of A corresponding to the product to be released
Ensure that customer releases are signed and dated by customer
Sticker all finished good pallets with green release sticker
Log all pallets with assigned pallet number into commercial logs
Make MBR s and specs if needed

The ability read, speak and understand basic English
Must possess oral / written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
Follow GMP standards and guidelines
Understand and apply information set forth in SOP s
Ability to operate and use a pallet jack to move pallets for release
Handle confidential information.
Ability to cross train in 2 or more areas within the Quality
Experience and Education
High School Diploma or GED
6
months related experience
Pass skills assessment exam with 70% or higher on both reading and math comprehension
Physical Demands
Frequently involves sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Involves a variety of physical activities including:
Walking; Manual Dexterity; Talking ;Hearing; Repetitive motions
Work Environment
The performance of this position may occasional require exposure to the manufacturing areas were under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
