This job's primary responsibility or contribution to the department or organization is to execute AR Domestic and International Collections for assigned accounts, complete account reconciliations and support with audits as required. It is the duty of the Accounting Clerk to execute monthly revenue reconciliation and verify all sales orders that shipped are invoiced, resolve all out of balances. It is the function of each worker, within their job responsibilities, to provide quality products, documentation, services, supervision and training, in accordance with company's Quality Assurance Manuals, procedures, drawings, regulatory requirements, etc., aimed at achieving sustained organizational success and customer satisfaction. Moreover, the incumbent will supervise assigned Domestic and International Accounts Receivable accounts.

Supplies industrial and environmental machinery such as pumps, valves, end face mechanical seals, automation, and services to the power, oil, gas, chemical and other industries.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
