Recruiting Team Member-HR & Onboarding

Traeger Pellet Grills is searching for an Onboarding Recruiting Team Member with HR Exp. that has min. 2-3 years in Accounting, Recruiting, Human Resource or a related analytical field. The perfect candidate would provide analytic reporting and date for Talent acquisitions and talent management of Traeger grills applicants, assist with Job Board placement, facilitate the Required New Hire paperwork per state along with other HR related tasks, schedule candidate interviews, process resumes and application videos online. We work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that is highly sought after and offers great opportunity for growth and expansion within our organization.
This position plays an integral part in optimizing and streamlining our hiring CRM process and help re-engineer the process within the Recruiting division. Working extensively with different levels of management to provide analytical support. The candidate will also participate in quality control testing to support internal systems/tools and multiple other projects in our team environment. Requirements & Desired Skills
Provide analytical support for Front-end Recruiting and Onboarding Team
Strong analytical skills while working comfortably with the analyzing of large sets of data and being able to present the results.
Advance Excel skills
Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on providing quality work
Takes imitative and thinks of ways to be steps ahead, will also prepare for potential problems that may escalate into inaccurate reporting, can multi-task and juggle deadlines while under pressure
Manage time effectively
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop relationships with professionals and all management levels while being an effective liaison.
HR experience in State and Federal compliance regulations concerning New Hire paperwork, benefits and other related Human Related duties/tasks.
Keen sense to spot "Salesman" like attributes and skill sets from resumes, applications in the initial resume search process
Assist and manage Job Ad PLACEMENTS.
Experience in Human Resource is a necessary!
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and Word)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
