Customer Service Representative

Little Giant Ladders is looking to expand our World Class Customer Service Department. Little Giant Ladders offers a unique family oriented fast passed work environment. Strong Communication skills are a must. You will be working with Customers regarding ladders, parts, and general Customer Service.

Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience (a must)
Knowledge of MAS 500 (Bonus)
Pays close attention to each and every detail
Develop and maintain Customer follow up schedule
Organized
Effortlessly talk to Customers of all walks of life
Process/Upsell orders
Develop superior product knowledge
Friendly, reliable, efficient, Hardworking
Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time, such an email, phone calls, data entry, etc
Fluent in Spanish (Bonus)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
