Position Title: Country Coordinator Russia & Ukraine Department: Operations

Assures timely delivery of services related to distributor and public relations, product distribution, order fulfillment, product information, product registration and releases for Russia and Ukraine
Monitors status of sales volume, market growth, product preferences, and sales trends for the Russian and Ukrainian markets
Assists in assuring proper execution of legal documents and agreements as required by various governmental agencies;
Functions as inter-company liaison between the United States and the Russian / Ukrainian market sectors;
Assists with localization of marketing literature, press releases, and sales collateral to make sure it is translated correctly, following appropriate formal business etiquette;
Works closely with the Sisel International, LLC. Call Center Agents to resolve special challenges and make recommendations to improve processes.
Assists Sisel Marketing Department in competitive analysis, marketing research and program analysis specific to Russia and Ukraine.

Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Marketing, or Business preferred. Experience in domestic and international network marketing is highly preferred, but not required.
Will be required to read, write and fluently speak English, in addition to one or more languages to include Russian and Ukrainian. Must have excellent speaking skills, and be familiar with formal business language and various cultural needs.
Internal: Owners, Executive and Senior management; International VP of World-Wide Sales, supervisors, managers, and personnel at all levels in the company. Coordination with vendors and agents in events, promotions and marketing efforts
Position is required to sit 60 to 70 percent of the day; stand and walk 20 to 25 percent of the day; stoop, bend, reach and kneel occasionally; and lift from 20 to 25 occasionally.
Noise, dust, lighting, temperature and physical/ergonomic hazards are typically of those usually found in an office environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
