Customer Service Representatives

Become part of an exciting department that provides professional care to Regional distributors and customers In the U.S. and Canada by developing professional relationships, while placing orders of all types, setting up new accounts, answering questions, or resolving problems and work with the Management team within the company.

Responsibilities:
Ensure distributors and customers feel welcome and appreciated at all times.
Ensure that distributors and customers leave excited about the business opportunity, the products and services, the company, and themselves.
Demonstrate responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all transactions ensuring one-contact resolution and customized service.
Accurately and professionally process orders of all types, set up new accounts, answer questions, and solve problems for distributors and customers.
Perform any other work-related assignments, as requested by Team Lead or Manager, to assist Sales Support in being Rain's premier contact center.
Display an excellent knowledge of all products, services, including promotions and availability. Know where to access additional information as requested.
Understand and be able to explain the reason behind company policies, procedures, programs, and services.
Communicate general information on Rain's, network marketing, global markets, conferences and conventions, corporate programs, or other information as needed.
Remain on the cutting edge of information by keeping current on email, in site, corporate web sites and by attending trainings and meetings.
Teach distributors and customers to be self-sufficient, by promoting online ordering and support tools.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
