Receptionist

Cedar Fort, Inc., a publishing company in Springville, UT, is looking for a detail oriented Front Receptionist with excellent computer skills to join our publishing team.
Responsibilities will include entering all orders that come in via fax, email, or online. You will also be required to answer phones and help out customers that come into the office. You will also handle all incoming and outgoing mail, filing of company documents, and ordering supplies. You will be responsible for entering in and updating information on our titles for our national accounts including Amazon. We are looking for someone that gets along well with others and can work as a team as well as individually.
Qualifications:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills; must have good customer services skills; must be organized and detail oriented and able to enter in data accurately and quickly; must have a good working knowledge of computers, Mac knowledge is a plus.
This is a full time position from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Pay starts at $8.50 an hour.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
