Project Engineer/Assistant
Assist project managers with paperwork (submittals, RFI's, transmittals, Letters of Intent), process emails, upload documents to project blogs, order blueprints, answer phones, accept mail/packages. Candidate could work with multiple project managers assisting with multiple projects depending on the work load of the managers.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills; Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Experience with Timberline a plus; Prior Construction Admin experience a plus; Prior project accounting a plus; Must be willing to work flexible hours with 8-5 being the minimum. This position is a salary position with benefits available.
