Customer Support Answer phones Schedule appointments Set-up new clients in Simple Practice (practice management software) Office Support File Documents Maintain Supplies Maintain Professional & Peaceful Office Ambiance Sanitize Vacuum Dust Wash windows Empty trashes Music Scents Administrative Support Create / Maintain digital marketing campaigns and other media production Oversee client billing efforts Conduct systems audits Provide technical support Other duties & responsibilities as assigned Work Remotely No Job Type:
