As a valued Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering the ultiMEAT experience for our customers! Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
Handle escalated customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist in providing information to customers about products Process refunds or settle complaints within predetermined practices Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement Skills:
Strong administrative skills Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation Note:

Location and Hours:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily allowing remote work with occasional in-person attendance required for meetings at our Springville, UT office.
