The Data Integrity Specialist position is responsible for the perpetual validation, correction, accuracy, and process improvement of all material within each LGL warehouse location, as well as the integrity of the data in the ERP system.
Specific Description:
Guarantee the implementation and compliance of processes.
Guarantee precise and accurate cycle counts, adjustment, and corrective action to discrepancies.
Guarantee the integrity of data, inventories and transactions in the ERP and related electronic systems Roles and
Responsibilities:
Cycle counting all material within Utah warehouse locations.
Investigating discrepancies with inventory and adjusting system quantities Complete Root-Cause Analyses (RCA's) on discrepancies and deviations from process Establish action plans to correct deviations from the process.
Complete audits of processes and systems within LGLS Follow-up on audit results and correction progress.
Evaluate Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAGE and escalate necessary corrections.
Ensure data integrity in project implementations.
Propose solutions for problems that affect the integrity of inventories.
Planning, coordinating, and executing the Annual Physical Inventory (API).
Occasionally writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Competencies:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail (Level 2 - Working Experience) Inventory Management - MFG (Level 2 - Working Experience) Manufacturing Standards, Procedures, and Policies (Level 2 - Working Experience) Material Handling and Management (Level 3 - Extensive Experience) Competence in Microsoft Office Suite Basic Computer Literacy Experience and Education:
3
years of experience in supply chain processes, quality systems and/or auditor positions.
Basic math skills required.
Problem resolution skills and high attention-to-detail required.
Desired experience in data validation and documentation.
