Control of all Quality System Documents.
Including development, tracking authorization, and review of the document systems.
Standard Operating Procedures and forms Master Manufacturing Records Customer specifications Raw Material Supplier Documentation Develop and maintain master files throughout the document system.
Review controlled documents for accuracy.
Create Master Manufacturing Records from the production schedule to ensure that batch records are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide requested documentation promptly during third-party audits.
Maintain process flow of assigned production lines to include:
Create blending and production batch records.
Update specifications and other document changes that may occur.
Problem-solving skills:
innovative and creative thinking, adaptability and flexibility taking initiative to complete required projects, resilience, and level-headedness Releasing of Finished Goods upon lab release to meet assigned deadlines.
Filing and maintaining archived documents.
Cross-train in other Quality functions as required.
