Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Assist with project coordination and tracking progress - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and directing visitors Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
