An escrow assistant position has recently opened in our Springville, UT location.
Looking for detail oriented and motivated individuals.
Escrow experience is preffered, but not required.

The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for communicating professionaly with clients, agents, and employees along with preparing files from start to finish for closing.
Responsibilities:
Open escrow files, input necessary information, work files from start to finish, and prepare closing documents Answer phonecalls & emails from clients.
Collect necessary information from all parties involved in transactions.
Interprate various documents and agreements as they relate to each escrow closing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails and information reguarding each transaction.
Use research to create and maintain files, records, and reports.
Required Skills:
Excellentcommunication (verbal & written).
Organization and attention to detail.
Self-starter Critical thinking and problem solving.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
