Responsibilities include:
Field customer transactions, questions, and concerns Manage the day-to-day sales of units.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns.
Accurately enter date and prepare documents.
Maintain facilities, reports, filing on a daily basis.
Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
Make daily bank deposits and post office drops.
Maintain grounds and exterior property on a daily basis, Provide administrative support to the management team.
MUST have a valid DL and auto insurance.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills Outstanding time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Effective judgment and decision-making skills Proficient in typing, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements.
Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple projects.
