As we expand our services to include a new Pediatric Dentist office, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Dentist office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and handling inquiries.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes accurately and efficiently.
Supervise administrative and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service.
Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and generating reports.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a dental office.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Knowledge in dental office software:
Open Dental Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance practices.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
