Assist the Store Leader with day to day operations.
Create a safe, clean, and fun environment to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure compliance of all policies and procedures through regular meetings along with the training and developing of team members.
Oversee productivity, breaks, and performance of team members.
Work with Store Leader in maintaining equipment to provide a high quality wash experience.
