An Outside Sales Reps must be able to talk to people and network.
Outside Sales Reps cant be afraid to knock on a door and talk to homeowners.
Outside Sales Reps are rarely in the office and are primarily traveling within their county finding homes and identifying wind damage.
Outside Sales Reps must be able to knock on a door and professionally and clearly give homeowners options to replace their roof.
Outside Sales Reps must be independent and self motivated.
Outside Sales Reps must be able to take correction and know how to set goals.
This is not a typical sales job that requires you to clockin clockout and dream of the holidays.
You are responsible for your time management and get the freedom that comes with that as long as sales goals are being met.
