The job is very fast-paced and challenging, but this individual is good at finding solutions to meet the needs of our clients, and is self-motivated to achieve their best performance.

The Receiving Specialist is responsible for handling all products that come into our manufacturing facility. Working with the Shipping

JOB RESPONSIBILIES:
- Receive, PO match, tag and distribute products delivered daily.
- Scanning and invoicing orders.
- Keeping accurate inventory counts.
- Ensure all orders ship out on time and accurately.
- Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Follow standard processes set for each task.
- Manage time efficiently while also helping to hold others accountable.
- Meet goals for each process related to receiving.
- Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Ensures that all waste is reported accurately.
- Communicates with other departments to meet customers' needs.
- All other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

JOB SKILLS:
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of computers.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing position for 6-8 hours a day.
- Logistics or supply chain background preferred.
- Experience in receiving or inventory control preferred.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or USPS preferred.
- Experience with Starship or a shipping platform related to Wordship preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
