ABOUT THIS JOB:
Our Developer I will work with our current in-house development team to stabilize and expand the reach of our AXOMO platform.
At this stage of their career, they are developing their technical abilities and working to resolve and troubleshoot code and software related issues.
Nonetheless, they will play an instrumental role in helping our swag management platform, AXOMO, scale to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Stabilize and scale the Axomo platform in line with the company goals.
Keep development projects on schedulePerform coding assignmentsReview code work for accuracy and functionalityCreate and implement design plansAnalyze code segments regularlyKeeping up to date with industry trends and technology developmentsPositive department attitude and cultureBENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States Must pass a pre-employment drug screenREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1 year of development experienceProven ability to write code with some oversightCan write basic SQL queries to retrieve, insert and update tablesLimited knowledge of indexing and data typesBasic understanding of LESS/SCSS syntax and variablesBasic understanding of c# syntax, data types, and control structuresAdequate domain knowledge and can quickly grasp new domains.
Proven ability to address issues as they arise.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferredMust be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas.
Must be able to work at a desk in a standing or sitting position for 7
hours a day.
