Customer Service Representative
Full Time/Healthcare/Dental/PTO-$10.00-$13hr

We are looking for new employees to staff our Customer Service team. This Customer Service rep will be answering calls and assisting customers with product questions and orders. Also will be following up with clients concerning their orders, and calling customers about un-finalized transactions, calling customers to notify them of special promotions, occasional outbound projects to promote tour volume, accurately entering in orders, and other general office duties as assigned. We also have Cotton Candy Fridays, and popcorn on demand, as well as the best company parties around!
Requirements
We are looking for friendly, upbeat, and positive personalities that enjoy talking with people.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer-literate with good typing skills.
Quick learner.
Shows good judgment in decision-making.
Demonstrates a good work ethic and company loyalty.
